Junior Software Engineer - AI Web App Development (Remote)

We're a startup developing new AI marketing technology that creates highly personalized, interactive user experiences. We're looking for a talented and ambitious junior developer to join our founding team and help shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement.

We're building a platform that combines custom-trained AI models with interactive web experiences to create deeply personalized marketing journeys. Our current product in the manifestation/spirituality space is just the beginning – we're proving our technology and plan to expand across multiple industries and markets.

We are not looking for years of proven experience. The priority is someone with high agency, problem solving skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn. You must have strong education background and foundational programming skills.

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Next.js API routes, Prisma, Express, Python, FastAPI
AI Integration: Custom trained models, OpenAI API, Stability AI

Must-Have Qualities

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High initiative and ability to work independently
Fascination with AI and its practical applications
Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks
Comfort with uncertainty and rapid changes
Strong programming fundamentals

Nice-to-Have Skills

Any experience with React or web development
Interest in or experience with AI/ML
Basic understanding of APIs
Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript
