Company Description:
Tank Stream Design is an Australian based company based on the Gold Coast that produces a wide range
of lifestyle products through our headwear, eyewear, souvenir apparel and accessory brands. We are
a growing business that has a strong focus on delivering high quality design and value products to our retail
partners. We are searching for an Order Management Coordinator to support the Key Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order management of a large volume of customer
orders and seasonal data maintenance to support our wholesale key accounts team and customers.

Core Responsibilities:
• Entering orders for all key account customers and create orders for smaller retail locations,
including our retail own stores.
• Identify and communicate Min/Max errors and opportunities for improved stock management.
• Ensure accuracy in range updates and customer orders.
• Address purchase order discrepancies with the Key Account Manager and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a priority order schedule and communicate special delivery requirements effectively.
• Send invoices to stores as needed and provide weekly text files to facilitate order receipting.
• Assist customers with freight inquiries
• Resolve problem invoices and action store credits
• Generate additional Purchase Orders for over shipped stock.
• Receipt stock in the POS system for the company retail store.

Seasonal Data Management:
• Format new product data uploads to meet specific customer requirements for all key accounts.
• Support the Key Account Manager with Min/Max Master Range updates.
• Conduct data cleansing to ensure customer data accuracy.
• Assist with sales reporting for key accounts.
• Perform seasonal markdown calculations
• Provide planogram support as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Exceptional spoken and written English
• Available to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Time
• Experience working with international companies (minimum 3 years)
• University qualification in business or related field highly desirable.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel.
• SAP and Power BI experience highly regarded.
• Retail planning & POS system experience preferred
• Previous experience in order management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
