As the Marketing Recruiting Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients on how to hire (aligning the job responsibilities, establishing the budget, etc), and a coach and leader to our growing hiring team.
You will be working directly with our clients to finalize job descriptions, confirm their requirements and test projects, as required.
You will finalize the written application and interview questions for every role, help the client create test projects, and manage the final vetting of all candidates before they’re endorsed to the client for interview.
Our clients are all in the direct response marketing space, and the job roles we recruit are mostly marketing tea
You should have experience managing all of these roles and more … you know what a good tea
Ultimately, you’ll oversee giving our clients a white glove experience, manage the team to recruit great marketing talent efficiently, and to keep our hiring workflow running efficiently and on target.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have an excellent track record implementing marketing campaigns as a leader and executor
-Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines & high accountability. Excellent leadership skills are a MUST.
Job responsibilities include:
-Coordinate the onboarding + hiring process for our clients
-Oversee the creation of applications / interview questions that align with the role to ensure alignment with client’s recruiting needs; provide guidance and improved questions to the team, as needed
-Conducting final vetting of candidates before endorsing them to the client, ensuring the team has completed our process for vetting thoroughly; ensuring the right calls have been made to confirm each candidate meets the requirements of the position and will be a good cultural fit for the client
-Conducting prelim interviews and final interviews for internal roles and client roles
-Providing support in headhunting efforts to source top-tier marketing talent for our clients’ roles, as needed
-Finalizing test projects and job descriptions to ensure alignment with the client's qualifications
-Facilitating client onboarding calls and sending onboarding call recaps
-Conducting role debriefs with the team for newly onboarded client
-Conduct preliminary interviews to screen potential candidates.
Experience & Skills required:
-At least 5-7 years working on a marketing team, and at least 2 years’ experience at the marketing manager, marketing project manager, or director level
-2 years of experience recruiting for marketing teams
-Conducting Preliminary Interviews
-Headhunting using sourcing platforms
-Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
-Excellent English skills communicate well both verbally and in writing
-Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass,
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
-Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
-Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Job Type: Part-time (20-40 hours weekly)
-Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3 pm CST to 12 am CST // Monday to Friday, 4 am to 1 pm PHT.
-Salary Range: P50,000 - P70,000 monthly depending on experience (based on 40 hours hours per week)
