Responsibilities for the role:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Provide proactive solutions to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
