**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. This role involves taking full ownership of SEO strategy and execution for clients, ensuring their business goals are met through impactful optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of local SEO, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **SEO Strategy:**
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client, with a strong focus on local SEO for home services businesses.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to inform strategies.

- **Implementation & Optimization:**
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and other local search assets for maximum visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure client goals are met.

- **Client Collaboration:**
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide ongoing updates on performance and progress.
- Act as a trusted SEO advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

- **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Partner with content creators, web developers, and other team members to ensure alignment across all client deliverables.
- Stay current on industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective.

**Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on local SEO and home services clients.
- Proven ability to manage SEO campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles, schema markup, and local ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, BrightLocal, ScreamingFrog or similar.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
