JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!

I’m looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to take full ownership of the customer support operations for my two rapidly growing Shopify stores. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in customer service, data entry, and operational management within the e-commerce space.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Support Management: Ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly via email, chat, and other channels.

Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate the customer support team to consistently deliver top-tier service.

Order Management: Oversee out-of-stock orders, follow up on late shipments, and ensure timely communication with customers.

Supplier Communication: Coordinate with suppliers to resolve stock and delivery issues efficiently.

Supply Chain Assistance: Provide insights to prevent stockouts.

Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately manage customer and order data while tracking and reporting key metrics.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years as a Customer Service Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
Experience with Shopify stores, data entry, and operational tasks like supply chain coordination.

Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and suppliers.

Tools:
Proficiency with customer support tools (Help Scout).
Familiarity with Shopify.
Availability: Full Time.
Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
