Mandatory Hours:
You must be available during CST (Chicago) time for the following hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and vacation breaks):
6:00 AM - 6:45 AM CST
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM CST
FLEXIBILITY HOURS- Outside of these two 45 minute time slots... The hours you choose to work are flexible to your choosing as long as on average you are working 8 hours per weekday.
WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS & VACATIONS - Weekends are not required except for pre-approved overtime or special projects agreed upon by both the employee and your manager. Time off for Holidays and Vacations will be given as long as preapproved.
Immediate Responsibilities:

Email Management: Organize and prioritize my emails, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, track customer interactions, and support relationship-building efforts.
Client Engagement & Follow-Up: Assist with client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster strong relationships.
Sales Cycle Support: Monitor and assist in moving prospects through the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage my calendar, schedule meetings, and oversee logistics for appointments.
Phase 2 (3-6 Months Later): Develop and manage content for blogs, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
