We are an innovative agency specializing in e-commerce and media buying on TikTok. We manage impactful advertising campaigns and develop high-potential e-commerce brands. With rapid growth and diverse projects, we are looking for an organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations and projects.
Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company by managing:
Task and Project Management:
- Organize and prioritize e-commerce projects and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Coordinate activities between creative and operational teams.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls with clients/prospects.
- Prepare performance reports for advertising campaigns.
- Handle administrative tasks related to brand management.
E-commerce Brand Development Support:
- Collaborate on branding, content creation, and strategy projects.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and influencers.
- Assist with research and analysis of new niches or products.
Recruitment and Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the recruitment process (shortlisting, follow-ups, organizing interviews).
- Set up tools to streamline onboarding for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role, ideally in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with great communication skills and initiative.
Bonus: Knowledge of media buying, TikTok Ads, or e-commerce.
