Graphic Editing Assistant

We are a company that specializes in creating personalized, printed products tailored to each customer. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Design Personalization Specialist to help us add/edit personalization details to our psd design templates during our busiest season. If you’re efficient, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with Photoshop or Photopea, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Use Photoshop or Photopea to edit and personalize designs according to customer specifications
- Follow specific guidelines for each order, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Create and deliver designs within tight timelines, maintaining quality
- Communicate effectively, asking for clarifications if needed
- Be available on weekends if needed to meet the demands of high-order volumes


Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of design editing in Photoshop or Photopea
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Strong communication skills
- Upper intermediate written English level
- Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
- Availability on weekends
- Willingness to complete a paid test task as part of the hiring process

Additional Information:

- This is a temporary role for about 1 month, but for the right candidate, there’s potential for ongoing work after December
- Workload varies based on order volume, so flexibility is key
- Payment is based on time spent, with an hourly rate discussed individually depending on experience
