Job Description

EntreThrive is seeking a Strategic Assistant to support our founder and CEO, Aaron Marcum, in his drive to improve the lives of entrepreneurs worldwide. The ideal candidate will be passionate, well-organized, engaging, tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and compassionate, with a strong history of administrative success. Core Responsibilities

CEO Calendar Management: Schedule and manage the CEO's calendar from start to finish, including booking all travel.

CEO Email Management: Confidently and professionally respond to, file, and manage the CEO's email

CEO Technical Support: Provide innovative tech solutions to elevate the CEO's role

CEO Project Management: Organize tasks and to-dos to ensure the CEO's time is focused on the most important priorities

Support Breakaway Program: Assist with various aspects of the flagship Breakaway program

Other tasks as assigned by the CEO, which may include personal projects that help elevate his role

Multi-Business Support: Assist Aaron with his other business ventures beyond EntreThrive, helping to manage and coordinate activities across multiple companies

Optimize CEO's Time: Proactively identify and implement strategies to maximize Aaron's time spent in his Unique Ability zones, particularly during his morning "deep thrive sessions"

Employee Task Support: Assist EntreThrive employees with tasks that might otherwise end up on Aaron's to-do list, ensuring efficient delegation and workflow management

Personal Task Management: Handle personal to-do items for Aaron as needed, maintaining a clear boundary between professional and personal responsibilities

Internal Office Administration: Support with various internal office admin tasks such as HR-related duties, payroll processing, and other administrative functions as required



Required Skills and Experience

Excellent track record of creating efficiencies in the workplace

Ability to have healthy conflict and ask clarifying questions

Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision

Compassionate and kind disposition coupled with humble confidence

Passion for integrating systems and processes for greater efficiency

Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on tasks for long periods

Excellent with technology, including Microsoft applications, and able to troubleshoot independently. Knowledge of Active Campaign or other CRM’s is a plus.

Familiarity with and ability to effectively use AI tools such as Claude.ai and ChatGPT for enhancing productivity and problem-solving is a huge plus

Experience managing schedules and emails using technology

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to engage senior-level professionals with confidence and professionalism

Proactive in identifying ways to better support the CEO
