We are Manor Images, a Real Estate Media company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in real estate photo editing and social media growth. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality visual content and driving audience engagement across platforms, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their role, contributing their expertise to help our team excel.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Photo Editing (only when needed) & Quality Assurance
• Edit and enhance real estate photos to meet professional standards using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s style and meet client expectations.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on photos and videos to ensure consistency and accuracy before delivering to our clients.

Social Media Growth & Management
• Strategize, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms to grow our brand and attract new clients.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for audience engagement and follower growth.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, particularly in the real estate and media industry.

Client Communication
• Manage client interactions via email, text, and phone to ensure smooth coordination and prompt responses.
• Assist with client inquiries, scheduling, and project updates.

Calendar Management & Organization
• Maintain and organize the team’s calendar, ensuring deadlines, appointments, and tasks are efficiently managed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate photo editing with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts, with a focus on engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially for real estate and creative industries.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Google Calendar or similar scheduling tools.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Photo, Canva, CapCut, or other design/video editing apps is a plus.
