Outreach Coordinator for YouTube Channel Guests

Innovation Ignited, a dynamic YouTube channel dedicated to business startups, innovation, and entrepreneurial journeys, is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to connect with business owners and invite them to join our channel for engaging video call interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business owners and entrepreneurs who align with our channel's vision and themes.
Conduct outreach via email, social media, or other communication platforms to pitch guest opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule video call interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both the guest and the host.
Maintain an organized list of potential, current, and past guests, including contact information and outreach history.
Collaborate with the channel team to develop customized pitches based on the guest’s profile.
Provide clear communication to ensure guests are prepared and comfortable for the interviews.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Previous experience in outreach, PR, guest coordination, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Passion for innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and managing schedules across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with YouTube or podcast guest outreach is a plus.
