Key Responsibilities:
Grow the Community: Develop strategies to build and engage our online audience.
Create Content: Write blogs, post on social media, and contribute to forums to keep our audience informed and engaged.
Engage Directly: Interact with community members on platforms like
Moderate Discussions: Ensure respectful and positive interactions in all forums.
Track Performance: Use analytics to identify trends and improve community engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in community management or social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of platforms like
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Creativity to design engaging content and campaigns.
A passion for connecting with people and helping others.
Knowledge of the mortgage/finance industry is a bonus.
