Job Description: Fundraising and Business Development Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Pay: $300 every two weeks, with commission opportunities for awarded grants and partnerships.

Type: Remote, Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Virtual Assistant for a full-time role with expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a background in AI, healthcare, or education, strong organizational skills, and a productive mindset to support the growth of our Foundation and administrative needs.

This position is fully remote, but it requires a stable internet connection and availability for regular collaboration on Google Meet. The candidate must also be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and have the ability to use these tools to streamline tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Grant Writing

Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with our mission.
Write, prepare, and submit compelling grant applications.
Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding organizations.
Track and report on grant progress and outcomes.
Business Development

Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with corporate sponsors, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions.
Prepare proposals and presentations to secure contracts and sponsorships.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
Foundation Administration

Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to support the Scholarship Foundation.
Maintain donor records and manage CRM databases.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Foundation, including scheduling and correspondence.
Bookkeeping & Financial Tracking

Record and monitor Foundation finances, including donations, grants, and expenses.
Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and compliance with funding guidelines.
General Support

Provide administrative support, including email drafting, meeting scheduling, and file organization.
Participate in daily Google Meet sessions to discuss progress and priorities.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
AI Expertise

Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
Support AI-related projects and contribute innovative solutions for process automation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in fundraising, grant writing, business development, or a similar role.
AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve operations and productivity.
Skills:
Strong writing and communication abilities for crafting grant applications and donor outreach.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, productive mindset.
Proficiency in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or similar).
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and AI-powered tools.
Other Requirements:
Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely without interruptions.
Availability for daily meetings on Google Meet.
