Who We're Looking For:
- Engaging Communicator: Naturally connects with people and assesses their fit for roles.
- Outgoing and Personable: Builds trust easily so applicants open up.
- Detail-Oriented: Accurately captures candidate profiles and matches them to organizational needs.
- Strong Writing Skills: Writes clear, professional communications like candidate notes during an interview in companies CRM.
- Customer Service Experience: Skilled in interacting with people, finding out information, and spending most of the day talking to applicants.
- Experience: Recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
- Adaptive and Open-Minded: Understands diverse needs of each position.
