If you are someone with attention to detail, great at administrative tasks but equally creative, and enjoy writing copy, doing graphics, coming up with ideas for social media posts, and more, this job is for you.

Role and Responsibilities
Create job descriptions
Post jobs on social media platforms and internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintain ATS
Liaise with potential candidates
Create, maintain, and track candidates on spreadsheets
Create and distribute newsletters and e-blasts
Create content on social media
Give out and track client gifts and referrals
Conducts research on Linked In and other outlets
Liaise with candidates and clients
Schedule appointments for CEO
Set up zoom meetings between candidates and clients
Conduct searches for candidates (will be trained)
Maintain LinkedIn Page (do posts)
Create marketing asset library
Qualifications and Requirements
Attention to detail
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and communication is a must
Ability to connect the dots quickly
Resourceful
Great attitude, willingness to learn
Adept at Google Suite, Linked InRecruiter, Tech savvy
Knows how to use all of the latest SAAS platforms
