Lead Generation Specialist - Claygent Experience

We’re looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in cold outbound strategies and advanced automation tools. In this role, you’ll source high-quality leads, set up cold email infrastructures (including domain setup and email deliverability), and maintain efficient automation workflows. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, provide performance updates, and recommend optimizations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in lead generation and cold outbound strategies, with proficiency in tools like Apollo, Clay/Claygent, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Advanced knowledge of cold email infrastructure, including DNS records and deliverability optimization, is essential. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
