Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Coordination: Compile spec sheets, review inspection reports, and address size chart or quality issues with factories.
- Shipping Management: Gather shipment details (box size, weight, quantity), request and select quotes, monitor shipments, and track progress. Update shipment details in Asana and relevant platforms.
- Inventory Oversight: Calculate item costs, reserve quantities, and add measurements to listings (Shopify, Shiphero). Update inventory based on shipment batching and pre-order setups.
- Logistics Tasks: Convert weights/dimensions, add HS codes, and maintain records like Amazon SKUs. Create POs in Shiphero and monitor shipment/product expenses.
- Collaboration: Communicate with factories, warehouses, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and track them to completion.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Asana, Shopify, Shiphero, or similar platforms.
- Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to calculate costs, forecasts, and reserves with precision.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly resolve issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, measurements, and listings.
- Knowledge of import/export processes, HS codes, and shipment tracking.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
- The candidate must be available to work and remain online from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PH time), Monday to Friday.
