Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Social Media Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves managing cold email campaigns, performing outreach through various social media platforms, and maintaining organized records of communication. You will be an integral part of our marketing team, helping expand our reach and promote our services to potential clients.

Compensation:
$320 per month for part-time work (4 hours a day, 5 days a week).
Opportunity for Improvement: If you perform well and demonstrate additional skills, there is potential to take on more work and responsibilities, which could lead to increased pay.

Responsibilities:

Email
Outreach: Send cold outreach emails to potential clients using provided templates, ensuring personalization for each contact.
Social Media Outreach: Engage leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook through direct messages.
Lead Management: Track outreach efforts using tools and spreadsheets, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Campaign Management: Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and responses, ensuring consistent outreach.

Required Skills:
Excellent English Proficiency: Must have strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records of communication.
Tech-Savvy and Organized: Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRM systems, and email outreach tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, LinkedIn automation).
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Hours:
Required Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (EST), Monday through Friday.
Part-Time to Start: Expected commitment of 20 hours per week.
Opportunity for Full-Time: Full-time hours may be offered after 1-2 months, based on performance.
