We are looking for an Admin VA to join our land investment company. Our Business specializes in Vacant Land in the United States ONLY, and DO NOT sell any other type of Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
-Communicate effectively with tea
-Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, including contacting the County and calling realtors.
-Handle text blast campaign.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of proven experience as an Admin VA or in a similar administrative role.
-Experience in Real Estate if preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges.
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also taking initiative when needed.
-Creative mindset with the confidence to bring innovative ideas to the table.
-Text blast campaign experience is a plus.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST..
