Customer Support Specialist

Moncasso, a UK-based wall art brand selling to affluent customers in the UK and US, is seeking a passionate new team member (VA) to join our team. To help deliver first-class customer service and with our daily operations running a premium brand.

About Us
Moncasso is a independent wall art business established 4 years ago. We specialize in high-quality, made to order art prints. With a strong focus on premium customer experience, we cater to high-value customers and are looking for someone equally committed to excellence.

The Role
This position starts at 10 hours per week (temporary), with the potential to increase to +40 hours per week (permanent) depending on business needs and performance. You'll work closely with our experienced VA, who has been with us for 2 years, and learn our processes thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: Respond to inquiries and provide first-class assistance.
- Order fulfilment: Ensure smooth and efficient processing of orders.
- Order Management: Liaising with customer and Supplier to ensure custom orders, replacements and deliveries are fulfilled
- Product listings: Using Photoshop and Canva to create product images that convert using our mock ups and templates.
- Daily operations: Assist in maintaining and improving business workflows.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Basic Photoshop skills and access to Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Canva and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team.

Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in customer service for premium brands.
- Familiarity with print-on-demand (POD) processes.
