We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer
- Manage Shopify online chat to provide real-time assistance to customers.
- Address inquiries about order statuses, tracking numbers, and shipping details.
- Resolve product-related questions and provide support for returns or exchanges.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, friendly, and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and tracking updates.
- Monitor and maintain records of customer interactions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and Shopify tools.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Shopify and online chat tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Basic understanding of order tracking systems and shipping processes.
