Instagram Manager & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and social media-savvy Instagram Manager to handle two accounts, grow engagement, and connect with audiences. Join us and help build vibrant online communities!

Your Role:
- Daily Content Creation:
- Post 2 carousel posts (3-4 pictures each) every day.
- Share at least 4 Instagram Stories daily.
- Post content daily related to the highlights we feature to keep our audience engaged.

Engage with the Community:
- Follow, like, and comment on posts to connect with others and grow our audience.
- Interact with followers to increase engagement, followers, and likes.

Influencer Outreach:
- Send DMs to influencers using our outreach plan to bring them into our affiliate program.

Customer Support:
- Handle small customer service tasks, with potential to expand this role over time.

Track Your Work:
- Use Toggl Time Tracker to record your working hours accurately.

What We Offer:
- Pay: $2.40/hour (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday).
- Monthly Salary: $382 USD.
- 13th-month pay in December starting 2025.
- 15 paid vacation days per year.
- Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM CET (Central European Time), with future flexibility to switch to your time zone.
