Job Posting: Virtual Assistant for a Busy Manager based in Ireland.
Are you an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual who thrives on helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support a busy manager with their daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Email
Invoicing: Create, send, and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Client Communication: Professionally manage client
Data Entry: Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and records with precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in tools like Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or similar).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
