SEO Specialist/Social Media/Link Building

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented VA to join our digital marketing team. If you have a proven track record in white hat off-page SEO and are ready to contribute to ranking both local and national websites in the US, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Raises and bonuses are available for team members who consistently deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Off-page SEO:Build high-quality, niche-relevant backlinks for local and national websites using white hat techniques.
•On-page SEO: Knowledge of optimizing on page content (Meta data, H Tags, interlinking, alt text, image optimization)
•SEO Audits: Run SEO audits and identify and resolve on and off page issues (through Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc).
• Perform guest posting outreach and submissions to secure dofollow links from reputable sites.
• Collaborate with the existing team to develop and execute SEO strategies.
• Technical SEO (page speed insights)
• (Optional) Create engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook to complement SEO efforts (additional hours available for this skill).

Requirements:
• 2 year minimum proven experience in off-page SEO with references.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of white hat SEO techniques and link-building best practices.
• Familiarity with guest post outreach tools and platforms.
• Software: Ahrefs, Google sheets, Slack, Canva
• Team-oriented mindset to work with our 3 full-time team members in the Philippines.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a remote environment.
