TikTok LIVE Creator Manager

We are looking for a motivated and willing to learn TikTok LIVE Creator Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with our TikTok creators to help them grow their livestreaming presence, enhance viewer engagement, and maximize their earnings. You'll be a guide, coach, and resource for creators, ensuring their success on TikTok LIVE. Creators could vary from gamers, musicians, battlers, comedians, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Creator Management: Support and mentor high-potential creators to grow their live-streaming audience and revenue.
- Training and Feedback: Provide real-time coaching during live sessions and actionable feedback on content quality and engagement strategies.
- Content Strategy: Develop LIVE content plans and set growth goals for creators.
- Performance Analysis: Share and analyze key metrics with creators to guide improvements.
- Community Building: Assist creators in building their personal brands and fostering supportive online communities.
- Tech Support: Help troubleshoot any technical issues during streams to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance: Ensure creators adhere to TikTok's community guidelines.
