JOB OVERVIEW

As our Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns for three accounts. You will implement cutting-edge strategies to drive leads, sales, and overall business growth. We are looking for someone proactive, results-driven, and eager to continuously learn and grow within our company.

We are a fast-growing flavor and vitamin gummy manufacturing company with multiple business verticals, including B2B, DTC, and eCommerce. We’re scaling aggressively and increasing our ad spend monthly. To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled and driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team in-house and take charge of managing multiple ad accounts and campaigns across platforms.

Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals:
• B2B campaigns targeting landing pages to capture client information for starting vitamin gummy businesses.
• DTC campaigns driving traffic to eCommerce sites and increasing product sales.
• Google Ads to blogs, driving traffic to both our website and Amazon listings.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ad copy and creatives.
• Analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance, with actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are high-converting.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including exploring other ad platforms (e.g., Bing, YouTube, social ads).
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
• Develop strategies to scale campaigns in line with monthly ad spend increases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of driving results.
• Experience in B2B lead generation, DTC eCommerce ads, and blog-to-conversion campaigns.
• Up-to-date with current trends and certifications in Google Ads, with a commitment to continuing education.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads (preferred but not required).
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
