Customer Service Rep / Admin Assistant / Data Entry

We are an eCommerce brand specialized in personalized arts, seeking a ROCK STAR customer service rep. As a part of our Customer Service team you will do following tasks:

- Responding to emails in our ticketing system
- Adding customer custom order photos and requests to our database
- Assigning tasks to our artists from our database
- Sending proofs to customers once the artwork is ready
