Graphic Designer (YouTube)

We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media graphic design, particularly YouTube thumbnails, who can communicate daily and deliver graphics daily. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics, banners, and posts across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on designing YouTube thumbnails that drive views and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design compelling and click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate).
-Create graphics, banners, and posts for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
-Collaborate with the content creation team daily to align on the vision and requirements for each project.
-Deliver all assigned graphics within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure workflow continuity.
-Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and aesthetic consistency.
-Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
-Provide a portfolio showcasing previous work, with specific emphasis on YouTube thumbnails and associated analytics, such as video views and engagement rates.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating YouTube thumbnail designs.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent software.
-Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and how thumbnails impact video performance.
-Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
-Daily communication availability to discuss tasks and feedback.
-Excellent time-management skills to meet daily deadlines.
