About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Shopify and WordPress to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with various remedial tasks and support maintaining and updating our digital platforms.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Facebook ads management
• Website optimisation
• SEO, webpage development & email marketing
• Excellent written (and verbal) communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with basic updates and content management on Shopify and WordPress.
• Support the team with digital tasks and general maintenance of online platforms.
• Add and update products on Shopify.
• Manage image uploads and content formatting.
• Schedule and publish content across digital channels.
• Upload and manage product imagery, descriptions, and pricing on our ecommerce website.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience, including navigation, checkout process, and product recommendations.
• Implement social proof elements on the website, such as customer ratings, badges, and case studies.
• Gather and curate customer testimonials, reviews, and social media mentions to build trust and credibility.
• Any remedial tasks to support maintaining and updating our digital platforms.

Requirements
• Experience working with shopify and Wordpress
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and social marketing practices and email marketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
