Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and medical teams, primarily in the US
- Manage patient records, appointments, and communications in compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients on behalf of the team
- Assist in handling medical documents, prescriptions, and billing tasks
- Utilize healthcare software and tools to maintain an organized workflow
- Understand and use medical terminologies effectively in daily communication
- Adapt to working with a multicultural, remote team

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, particularly with US clients
- Degree in a medical-related field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration)
- Strong understanding of medical terminologies (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare software and virtual collaboration tools
