**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Social Media Management:**

- Schedule and post engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Edit videos for business purposes, including reels, TikToks, and podcast episodes.
- Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for advertisements and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms.
- Collaborate on strategies to grow and engage audiences.

**2. Email Management:**

- Organize and manage the personal email inbox to ensure timely responses and clear communication.
- Flag important emails and follow up as needed.

**3. Data Entry & Research:**

- Research and compile information on realtors, business owners, and community connections.
- Maintain an organized database for cold outreach campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all entries.
