JOB OVERVIEW

This is a fully remote position based in the PH, requiring a U.S. work schedule of Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT (UTC/GMT -6 hours).

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This role requires expertise in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, PHP, MySQL, and an eye for aesthetics (layout design, color schemes, font choices, etc.). Experience with DotNet, API integration, and project management is preferred but not required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement new features and functionality for both web and mobile views.
Establish and guide the website’s architecture, ensuring an effective, responsive design.
Ensure high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
Convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working web and mobile pages.
Maintain and enhance the user interface for web and mobile experiences.
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery.
Experience in creating custom WordPress themes is a must.
Proficiency in Elementor, Gravity Forms, and ACF plugins is a plus.
Experience building user interfaces for websites and web applications adaptable to both desktop and mobile devices.
Skilled in designing and developing responsive design websites.
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
Knowledge of interacting with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial).
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
Experience with DotNet development and API integration is preferred.
Project management experience is an advantage but not required.
