Job Title: Direct/Sales Manager for a Canadian Tattoo Project

Salary: $200–500 USD (Base rate $200 + commission. Your earnings depend on your lead processing skills, allowing you to control your income.)

Schedule: Full-time (5/2, 9 hours daily)
Language Requirements: Fluent English (B2 level or higher)

About the Role
We are looking for a Direct/Sales Manager to handle client communications for a Canadian tattoo project. This is a fully remote position where you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential clients via Instagram Direct, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining an efficient workflow.

You’ll join an international team, enjoy a flexible work schedule, and receive professional support while contributing to an exciting creative project.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing client interactions through Instagram Direct, guiding them through the booking process.
Maintaining a CRM system to track client progress and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Staying available during working hours (09:00–18:00 Toronto time).
Addressing client objections effectively to maintain a booking conversion rate of at least 40%.
Executing mailing campaigns for potential clients.
