Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Real Estate Lead Generation)
We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on lead generation and appointment setting. This role is perfect for someone experienced in outbound calling, lead qualification, and coordinating appointments, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture real estate leads.
- Ask key qualifying questions to gather critical information (who, what, when, where, and why).
- Set appointments with qualified leads for the team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM.
- Support administrative tasks related to lead management and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting (real estate experience preferred).
- Native-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills, especially with US-based clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and professional demeanor.
