We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting various aspects of our business, including real estate ventures, e-commerce, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage
• Develop and optimize workflows and CRMs using tools like Zapier or N8N for seamless operations across all business projects or any suggestion you may have of a similar tool.
• Integrate AI into workflows to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
• Manage contracts and documents, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
• Conduct Google SEO strategies to improve our online visibility.
• Organize and coordinate various business projects
• Handle drip campaigns and manage data in Google Sheets.
• Schedule, design and manage social media posts
Optional Skills:
• Familiarity with PropStream and MLS.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify and dropshipping.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in AI tools and their application in business processes.
• Knowledge of Google SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
