JOB OVERVIEW

CRE Task Wizard is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Utilize various channels to generate and qualify leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach.
- Engage with commercial property owners, investors, and tenants to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Follow-Up and Relationship Building:
- Implement effective follow-up strategies using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) to nurture leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing valuable insights and regular updates on available properties and market trends.

Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings for commercial real estate agents based on client needs, availability, and property opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team by providing detailed lead information to support successful interactions.

CRM Utilization:
- Proficiently manage and organize leads within a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of client interactions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent in Commercial Real Estate or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a clear and sophisticated speaking voice.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate, especially investment sales and NNN properties, is a significant plus.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
