Job Description:
As our Shopify Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Shopify website to ensure it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and responsive across all devices. Your primary focus will be to create a seamless and positive customer experience while ensuring the website is aligned with our brand identity and up-to-date with our Amazon catalog, including accurate pricing and creatives.

Responsibilities:
Website Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly Shopify website that aligns with KastLite’s brand identity.
Responsive Design: Ensure the website is responsive across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and provides a consistent user experience.
Catalog Management: Sync and manage the product catalog, ensuring all products, descriptions, prices, and creatives are up-to-date with our Amazon listings.
Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the customer journey, implementing features that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Content Updates: Regularly update website content, including banners, product pages, and landing pages, to reflect current promotions and offerings.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team, including product managers, marketing, and creatives, to ensure cohesive branding and strategy.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues on the Shopify platform promptly.
Vendor & App Management: Manage relationships with third-party app providers and ensure seamless integration of additional features and functionalities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shopify Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Shopify projects.
Proficiency in Shopify's platform, including Liquid programming, theme customization, and app integrations.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with catalog management and syncing across multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools to enhance website visibility.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US team (EST time zone) and attend scheduled calls.
A self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
