As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, ensuring they meet client needs and exceed expectations. You will work closely with our design, project management, and client teams to deliver cutting-edge web experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development:
Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites from scratch, including theme and plugin customization.
Show expertise in developing user-friendly, fast-loading, and secure WordPress sites.

HTML & CSS Expertise:
Write clean, well-structured, and semantic HTML and CSS. You should have a strong eye for detail when it comes to design, layout, and structure.

Plugin Management & Updates:
Update WordPress plugins, handle security vulnerabilities, and manage plugin configurations.
Research and integrate new plugins to add functionality and meet client needs.

WooCommerce Development:
Build and optimize WooCommerce stores, including product pages, checkout flows, and integrations.
Implement payment gateways and advanced eCommerce features.

Client Communication:
Work closely with clients and our project managers to understand project requirements and provide expert advice.
Help translate client requests into functional, scalable, and visually appealing solutions.

Graphics Creation:
Design and implement website graphics, banners, and visual elements. Basic experience with design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma) is required to complement development work.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with the latest web trends, best practices, and technologies.
Proactively identify and fix issues to ensure the highest standards of web performance and security.

Key Qualifications:
Strong WordPress Development Experience:
Demonstrable experience in WordPress development with a portfolio that showcases your work.

Proficiency in HTML & CSS:
Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 with the ability to create responsive, pixel-perfect layouts.

WooCommerce Expertise:
Experience setting up, customizing, and optimizing WooCommerce stores, including integrating payment gateways, shipping methods, and advanced eCommerce functionality.

Plugin Management & Research:
Proven ability to troubleshoot, update, and enhance WordPress plugins. Capable of researching and integrating third-party plugins to meet client-specific needs.

Graphics & Design Skills:
Ability to create custom graphics for websites, including banners, icons, and imagery. Proficiency with design software like Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate client requests into functional code.

Experience with PHP:
A solid understanding of PHP for theme and plugin customization, along with debugging and performance optimization.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with JavaScript/jQuery, SEO best practices, and web performance optimization techniques.
