Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience in cold calling and transaction support to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with lead generation, client communications, property research, and transaction coordination, helping us efficiently manage and grow our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling and Lead Generation

Conduct cold calls to potential leads and property owners to generate interest and identify off-market opportunities.
Qualify leads, record key information, and schedule follow-ups for further engagement.
Maintain organized records of call outcomes and lead interactions.
Property Research and Data Management

Conduct market research, including skip tracing and tax research, to support acquisition strategies.
Track property details, analyze comparable sales, and manage databases of leads, contacts, and property records.
Client Communication

Serve as a point of contact, managing emails and calls with clients, potential leads, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, showings, and property viewings.
Maintain timely and professional communication to enhance client satisfaction.
Transaction Coordination

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and paperwork for real estate transactions.
Track deadlines and ensure all required documents and signatures are collected on time.
Coordinate with third parties like title companies and lenders to facilitate smooth closings.
Administrative and Marketing Support

Create marketing materials, property listings, and social media posts to promote properties and services.
Update website content, manage social media accounts, and handle email campaigns for increased visibility.
Organize documents, maintain digital filing systems, and manage routine administrative tasks.
Closing Support

Ensure all paperwork is ready and compliant for the closing process.
Update clients on transaction statuses, providing necessary documentation as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role in real estate.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow).
Skilled in cold calling with a professional phone manner and persuasive communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with transaction coordination and contract management.
Knowledge of skip tracing, lead generation, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).
