Job Title: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) - Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist for Expired Listings

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly Engage Expired Listings: Reach out to homeowners with expired listings, turning cold leads into high-quality appointments.
Build Trust and Rapport Quickly: Use your communication skills to create immediate connections, ensuring each appointment is valuable and meaningful.
Set High-Quality Appointments: Maintain a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per week, targeting sellers ready to relist.
Organize and Track Leads: Manage leads within our CRM, keeping accurate records and diligently following up.
Collaborate for Maximum Impact: Work closely with our agents to convert appointments into signed listings, sharing insights and refining approaches as needed.
Qualifications:

2+ Years of ISA Experience in Expired Listings: Demonstrated success in booking appointments specifically with expired listings.
Proven Track Record: Consistent history of setting at least 5 appointments per week that convert to signed listings.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to handle objections confidently and engage homeowners in compelling conversations.
Highly Organized and Goal-Driven: Strong attention to detail with a tenacious drive to exceed weekly targets.
CRM Experience: Proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
Compensation and Bonus Structure:

Competitive Base Pay + Incentives: Along with a solid base pay, you’ll earn bonuses based on performance.
Bonus Potential: Achieve an additional $1,000 per month in bonuses by consistently meeting appointment and signed listing targets.
