Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s HR functions, support team growth, and ensure an exceptional company culture. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and motivating work environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote setting and is passionate about building and nurturing a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee and drive recruitment efforts, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding, ensuring we attract A-players.
• Onboarding & Training: Develop and manage the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly, including initial training and cultural orientation.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and HR-related inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company culture.
• Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that foster team engagement, maintain morale, and promote a positive and inclusive company culture, even in a remote environment.
• HR Strategy & Growth: Partner with leadership to identify HR needs, recommend initiatives for improvement, and support the company’s scaling efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a remote or digital agency environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and provide guidance and support.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto) and tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
