JOB OVERVIEW

Our mission is to use technology to make property maintenance transparent, fast, and affordable.

We are a London-based fast-growing tech startup taking on the property maintenance sector. Qeeper was founded in January 2021, we have already raised investment and expanded to cover 3 UK cities.

We are looking for a remote Property Operations Assistant to join our small friendly team. We currently have a team of 9 staff based remotely across the Philippines. We are looking for long-term staff who want to progress within the company.

What will you be doing?
Problem-Solving. Coordinating daily operations in a fast-moving environment, ensuring tradespeople can complete repairs quickly and efficiently.
Driving Improvements. Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, finding a solution, implementing that solution.
Managing Communication. Using your communication skills to organise and update a variety of stakeholders from tradespeople, to tenants, to landlords.
Staying Organised. Maintaining systems and processes to keep track of projects and daily operations.

Qualifications
A minimum of two (2) years of property management or property maintenance experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Email

Proficiency in handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
Patience and empathy in dealing with callers, including those in stressful situations.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses.
Team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.

Our Team organise quarterly voluntary company meetups. These are paid for by the company, so you can get to know your colleagues in an offline setting.

We Offer:
1. $5 per hour
2. $150 quarterly performance bonus
3. 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
4. Shift is 9am - 6pm UK Time
5. 1 in 4 weekends
6. Pay and performance reviews every 6 months
