Who We're Looking For
You love creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and helping brands grow their online presence. You thrive on collaboration and have excellent people skills, integrity, and an acute attention to detail. You bring a proactive mindset and are always looking for ways to improve processes and content performance. This is a full-time, night-shift position (8 PM - 5 AM PH Time) working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with clients based in the US.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
Write and edit content for blogs, social media,
Maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery across all platforms.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices in digital marketing.
Social Media Management:
Develop and schedule social media posts, monitor performance metrics, and engage with followers.
Implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Track key metrics to continuously improve social media strategy and content effectiveness.
Collaboration & Client Coordination:
Work closely with the Brand Strategist, Graphic Designer, and clients to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
Coordinate with clients to gather content materials, ensuring on-time delivery and approval.
Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization:
Analyze content performance using SEO tools, social media analytics, and
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and drive traffic and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to enhance performance.
Administrative Support:
Organize marketing meetings, client documentation, and internal communications.
Track project progress and assist with reporting on key metrics and performance outcomes.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to write and edit content for blogs, social media platforms, and
Strong knowledge of SEO and experience using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media analytics platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
A client-centric mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and tailor content strategies to specific goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform and refine content strategies.
