Job Opportunity: Amazon Content & Listing Specialist (Full-Time Remote Position for Filipino Citizens)

Job Role: Amazon Content & Listing Specialist
Work Hours and Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (9 pm to 5 am PH Time)
Compensation: $900.00 to $1,300.00 USD per month (dependent on experience); 13th Month Pay

Position Summary:
As an Amazon Content & Listing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our sales and purchasing departments, providing complete vendor support on third-party marketplaces, including
Crafting compelling presentation information for new and existing vendors
Conducting comprehensive keyword and SEO research and providing data-driven insights for suggested product copy changes
Updating listing content, including attributes, images, copy, and A+ content
Providing market analysis data for product research
Creating new listings for new product launches
Creating new variations for existing listings
Opening Seller Support cases and resolving listing errors
Keeping detailed notes and organizing information for key vendors
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all assigned tasks and updates within specified timelines based on vendor needs and deadlines. This includes rewording existing product information from vendors and utilizing carefully researched keywords and phrases to enhance product listings' appearance and visibility on the platform. Additionally, you will monitor and moderate listings requiring attribute updates to maintain their platform presence and communicate with seller support to reinstate any incorrectly removed listings.
Skills and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent field
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
1-2 years of experience in preparing copy and creative briefs for Amazon listings, including listing images and A+ creative briefs
Professional experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading
Experience with image editing or graphic design is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Amazon Seller Central
demonstrating proficiency in Amazon listing editing, updating, and troubleshooting. This includes the ability to navigate and utilize all areas of the Seller Central platform, including backend edits, flat file uploads, Seller Support content submission, and case creation.
Familiarity with resolving SKU errors, such as stranded inventory, suppressed listings, inactive listings, restricted products, product authenticity, and product condition complaints, is essential.
Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of Amazon SEO, search term indexing, and keyword research, as well as experience using any 3rd party Amazon seller software for product research.
Thorough knowledge of the Brand Registry suite, including brand landing page creation and design, A+ Content creation, A/B testing experience, brand ad campaigns, and Brand Registry Seller Support, is required.
