JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a highly skilled communicator to communicate to our potential clients via social media and other messaging services. This is a fulltime role working for an Australian online company in the industry of business coaching.

You will be interacting with our leads on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, Emails and so on.
Your goal will be to build rapport with leads, have result-lead conversations, vet them for specific qualities through conversation and filter through strong leads whilst redirecting weaker leads.

You will be asked to speak in the persona of the face of our company (a bubbly and highly respected female coach), so it is important that you have strong written English proficiency to be able to speak (in written format) in a conversational manner which embodies certain nuances and personality quirks that you are briefed on.

Note: conversations will only be written, no calls required.

MUST HAVE QUALITIES (please do not apply if you feel you are not at a highly proficient level in these areas):

- Ability to follow SOPs, guidelines and scripts

- Ability to understand the nuances and subtle messages behind conversations so you can vet and ask suitable questions accordingly to find out more details from potential leads and determine their suitability for our services.

- Ability to read between the lines in conversations and understand what the lead is trying to say.

- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Your communications with leads will be via written platforms. Proper use of grammar, punctuation and proficiency in English is vital.
The ability to have clear spoken English is also vital for a strong foundation.

- Highly productive with proven results, ability to meet firm deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.

SKILLS PREFERRED/REQUIRED (as noted):

- Experience in using Slack, Google Suite, Gmail, Calendar, Google Sheets and Google Docs (Required)
- Experience with CRMs such as Go High Level, Hubspot etc (preferred)
- Experience in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook messenger, SMS.
- Experience in email and messaging communications with clients in a highly proficient and professional manner (required)
- Experience in a fast paced online coaching or sales-driven environment (preferred)

WORKING HOURS:
You will be servicing our US based clientele so will need to cover hours that will meet the US time zone.
Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm PH time will be required. Another 4 hours will be scheduled either immediately before or after this shift, or as a split shift. This can be discussed and negotiated depending on the applicant.
