Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive customer relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass responding to customer emails, providing clear updates on order statuses, and efficiently resolving any potential issues. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with suppliers to monitor order progress and resolve disputes on platforms such as Klarna.

Responsibilities:

Professionally and customer-centrically respond to emails and customer inquiries
Manage package statuses and keep customers informed of progress
Effectively communicate with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries
Resolve disputes and payment issues on platforms like Klarna
Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Preferably, prior experience in customer service
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to accurately comprehend information, such as package statuses and supplier communication
Problem-solving skills and resilience under stress
Experience in resolving disputes on platforms like Klarna is an must
