Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Manager to fill a “Midfielder" role; perfect for someone who thrives both on the front lines—closing leads with confidence—and behind the scenes, organizing and automating key processes. The ideal candidate will possess near native-level English proficiency with little to no accent, is radically detail-oriented & highly organized and loves interacting with people. You will also need to quickly gain strong knowledge of our properties and their neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
Midfielder Role: Front-End & Back-End Execution
Confidently “get out in front to close leads” and engage potential clients.
Efficiently organize and automate back-end processes, ensuring seamless sales operations.
Sales Pipeline Management
Oversee daily management of the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
Engage with potential leads and clients with confidence, fire, and enthusiasm (no wallflowers here!).
Maintain regular communication with guests to check in during their stay and address any needs.
Property and Neighborhood Expertise
Willingness to memorize key details of Minty Living's core 90 listings, including features and amenities.
Use AI tools to expand knowledge of the 156 properties and key Atlanta neighborhoods where they are located.
Talk fluidly about neighborhood features, including sites, shops, grocery stores, family activities, and more.
Campaign Management
Create and track re-targeting campaigns for past guests using Go High Level.
Develop and monitor weekly targeting campaigns with our B2B suppliers and conduct follow-up calls.
Automation and Team Coordination
Implement automations within Slack to streamline team communication and processes.
Track tasks assigned to tea
Qualifications
Midfielder Mindset
- Comfortable getting out in front to drive sales and close deals while staying organized and handling back-end processes with efficiency.
Language Proficiency
- Native-level English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Little to no accent for clear communication with guests and clients.
Organizational Skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills
- Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Technical Skills
Proficient in using Go High Level (GHL) for campaign management.
Prior proficiency, or self teacher attitude to learn new tech like creating automations in GHL, Slack, Clickup
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance knowledge and communication.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to memorize and fluidly discuss properties and neighborhood details.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
Compensation
This role starts at $8-$10/hour based on prior experience with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with the potential for up to 50 hour week schedule if interested. 13 month pay is benefit is offered.
We will have clearly defined OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in place, which will outline potential salary increases based on your performance and achievement of OKR's and KPI's.
Additionally, there are bonus opportunities available after 12 months in the role for continued success and excellence.
