Video Editor (Camtasia)

I’m looking for an experienced video editor to assist with editing tutorial-style videos in the photography space.
You’ll be responsible for taking raw screen recordings and turning them into polished, engaging content with quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form screen recordings and tutorial videos using Camtasia (focusing on Lightroom and Photoshop tutorials).
- Create engaging, professional-quality videos by adding music, text, and transitions.
- Produce short trailers (under 60 seconds) from long-form content (30-40 minute videos).
- Ensure the final product meets quality standards and revisions are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team using Monday.com for project management and communication.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Camtasia: Must own and work with the latest version.
- Experience with Screen Recordings: Familiarity with editing Lightroom and Photoshop tutorials is highly preferred.
- Hardware Requirements: Capable of handling 4k video processing with at least 16GB RAM and a dedicated graphics driver.
- Quick Turnaround: Must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage feedback and revision requests.

Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with Monday.com for communication and project management.
- An eye for detail and understand the nuances of editing photography-related content.

Pay: $15 USD for this test video - if hired $10/hour for continued work

This is a temporary position to help us prepare for a big virtual event, but could lead to permanent part-time work for the right individual.

We will be hiring several editors for a paid test project and choosing those that perform the test project well to continue with the larger project. I’m excited to get started right away and look forward to seeing your work!
