Corporate Documents Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and formatting high-impact corporate documents, including capability statements, company narratives, and proposal slide decks. This role requires a creative professional who can produce modern and visually appealing designs while also being capable of repurposing existing content into fresh, innovative formats.

Responsibilities:

- Design and format various corporate documents such as capability statements, company narratives, and proposal slide decks.
- Create visually compelling graphics and layouts that convey complex information in an easily understandable manner.
- Work closely with our team to understand the requirements and objectives of each project.
- Repurpose existing content into new, creative designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging standards.
- Ensure all designs are completed with high precision and are compliant with corporate branding guidelines.
- Provide multiple design iterations and actively participate in feedback cycles to refine designs.

Requirements:

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in corporate document design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to effectively repurpose existing content into new, dynamic designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design under tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating digital and print-ready formats.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques.
- Familiarity with corporate branding and compliance requirements.
